In First, Swimmers Complete Challenging 7-Hour Swim Across Dead Sea

An international group of Israelis, Palestinians, Britons and more attempted an unprecedented seven-hour swim from one shore of the Dead Sea to the other. Thirty athletes successfully completed the challenge to raise awareness of ecological dangers to the iconic, historical sea.
