Machane Yehuda, the shuk (Hebrew for “market place”) in the heart of Jerusalem, is known to be the best source of fresh produce, meat, fish, poultry, dairy, and more. Farmers from all over Israel come to Machane Yehuda to sell their goods. Recently, several restaurants have popped up in the marketplace, all of which have taken the joy of cooking and combine a gourmet taste with the rich history of their food.
