Less than one week after the horrific terror attack in Paris and the Islamic State State (ISIS) has released two videos threatening attacks in the United States.
On Wednesday, ISIS released a video which depicted terrorists preparing an attack on Times Square in New York City. The video was reported to be an excerpt from a longer video that was released several months ago, threatening attacks in Germany and Israel.

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said during a news conference late Wednesday night, “”It is the goal of terrorists to intimidate and disrupt our democratic society. We will not submit to their wishes.”De Blasio added, “There is no credible and specific threat against New York City.” New York Police Commissioner Bill Bratton said, “There is, as we have repeated frequently, no city in America that is better prepared to defend and protect against a terrorist attack.” The FBI released a statement stating that “there is no specific articulable threat to the city at this time”. The six minute long video released Thursday, titled “Paris Before Rome”, begins with video clips of the attacks in Paris, and vows even more attacks.
“What do they expect from the Islamic Nation, other than more of these strikes? We bring Hollande and the people around him the good tidings – as we bring Obama and the people around him the good tidings – of more of these strikes.” “We shall burn you with our suicide belts and our car bombs. We shall track you down wherever you go,” an ISIS terrorist says to the camera. The terrorists warn that the attacks would grow to include Washington, D.C. and even the White House.

“We began with you, and we shall conclude with the so-called White House. We shall turn it even blacker than our fire by the will of Allah,” a terrorist said in the video. “Better still … we shall blow it up just like we blew up the idols on this good land.”
“We shall follow them wherever they may go, and Allah willing, we shall lead them like slaves, like dogs. Allah willing, you shall know no happiness, and will not live for long. Oh Crusaders everywhere, know that you are under threat, and that Allah has ordered us to fight you.”
This is not the first threat ISIS has directed at the White House. After threatening that the ISIS flag would one day fly over the White House, on August 9, 2014, a message was tweeted showing a hand holding up an image of an ISIS flag , displayed on a smartphone, on Pennsylvania Avenue in front of the White House fence.
