“Tour of Remembrance” to Bear Witness to Faith of Holocaust Martyrs, Survivors

Thursday marks Holocaust Remembrance Day in Israel, where we remember the lives of each of the 6 million Jews who perished at the hands of the Nazi regime.

At 10 am, across the entire country, a two-minute siren sounded in memory of the victims of the Holocaust. Whether driving in the car, at the grocery store or playing with children in the park, the entire country pauses, literally, to remember one of the most horrific genocides that almost wiped out the entire Jewish nation.

Each year, the State of Israel and the Jewish nation pledge to “never forget” the atrocities, but for some that is not enough.

If you are looking to deepen your understanding of the Holocaust, Israel365, in partnership with Breaking Israel News, is offering a unique trip for Jews and Christians to Poland this summer.

Called the “Tour of Remembrance,” the second annual visit to some of the Holocaust’s most notorious sites will take place from July 13-16.

The tour will visit sites displaying the thriving Jewish life before the war in both Warsaw and Krakow, including the Warsaw Ghetto, the important Jewish town of Tarnow, and the Auschwitz Concentration Camp.

You can bear witness to the dangers of anti-Semitism, mourn those who perished and gain from the incredible faith of the martyrs and survivors.
