Israeli President Isaac Herzog on Sunday officially tasked opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu with forming the country’s next governing coalition.

“I am very excited to receive the right and privilege to form the government, not less than I was the first time I did,” Netanyahu said. “I intend to be the prime minister of everyone – of those who voted for me, and of those who did not. We are brothers and we are meant to live side by side.”
