An Arab terrorist tried to stab an IDF soldier in Samaria on Tuesday.

The lone terrorist attempted to stab two reservist soldiers on duty at a checkpoint near Kikar Hativat Hashomron (the Samarian Brigade Square). The terrorist was evacuated to a local hospital and listed in moderate condition. None of Israel’s security forces were injured in the attack, and large forces were called to the area for an investigation.

The IDF has been on high alert as of late following the controversial death of Al-Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh last week.
