Torah Codes: Beirut Explosion was “Pillar of Fire and Smoke” Protecting Israel

At the morning watch, Hashem looked down upon the Egyptian army from a pillar of fire and cloud, and threw the Egyptian army into panic.

When something significant happens in the world, Bible codes expert Rabbi Mattityahu Glazerson turns to the Torah to see where he can find the event encoded in the very letters of the Torah.

After the explosion in Beirut last week, he turned to the Bible codes because, he commented, “The Torah which is the blueprint of creation.” His comment is based on a teaching from an ancient Jewish commentary on the Bible known as the Yalkut Shimoni (The Gatherings of Simon) in which we find the teaching that, “God looked into the Torah and created the world.”

In this Bible code video from late last week which has already been viewed more than 5,000 times, the first thing Glazerson pointed out is “amud aish v’anan” which means a pillar of fire and cloud. The phrase comes from the Book of Exodus, as the Egyptians were chasing the Israelites near Pi-hahiroth.

At the morning watch, Hashem looked down upon the Egyptian army from a pillar of fire and cloud, and threw the Egyptian army into panic. (Exodus 14:24)

Glazerson then turned the viewer’s attention to two linked words, what he calls “the best meeting” of Lebanon and Hezbollah. The Hebrew for Lebanon appears in an equidistant letter sequence, with just two letters separating each letter, intersecting with the Hebrew letters for Hezbollah, like words on a Scrabble board.

The third significant Bible code he pointed out spells Amalek, the persistent Biblical enemy of the Jewish people. “Anyone who wants to wipe out Israel spiritually and physically are Amalekites,” Glazerson explained while pointing to the Amalek code that appears on the same line as Lebanon.

Amalek came and fought with Yisrael at Rephidim. Exodus 17:8

On the upper left of the table, Glazerson points out the Hebrew word onesh spelled with a small skip of just five letters, which means punishment. The implication is that the pillar of fire was a punishment to Hezbollah in Lebanon for their Amalek-like actions against Israel, a reference to the, “more than a hundred thousand missiles aiming to wipe out Israel. Unfortunately, whoever is in charge in Lebanon allows them to do it,” he commented.

In two different places on the Bible Codes table, Glazerson points out the Hebrew letters that refer to the Hebrew year 5780, which corresponds to 2020, indicating that the pillar of fire happened in the current year.

He emphasized that there is a condition for the appearance of the Messiah and that is the fulfillment of God’s commandments. He highlighted the Hebrew words that mean, “And the Israelites will do as God has commanded Moshe.”

Glazerson then called attention to the code for Ben Yishai (Son of Jesse), a clear reference to Moshiach ben David (Messiah son of David) and noted that 2020 has significant potential for “great developments” like the “son of Jesse comes here.”

After he reviewed the significant Bible codes in the table, he connected what happened in Beirut to COVID-19. He tells his viewers that, “The most important [message] is that Israel should know, should realize that the only solution is not vaccination. No doubt this is a clear sign from heaven.

“Two thirds of Americans say they believe that corona is a sign from God. It’s not good enough to know that it’s from God. You have to know why God does it,” he concluded.
