All prosecutors backed by Soros preside over cities with sharpest rise in crime

More and more media are beginning to report on a direct correlation between a Soros-funded initiative to introduce extreme progressive reforms in the justice system and a sharp rise in crime. Though George Soros is himself genetically Jewish, the Sanhedrin suggests that his efforts are anti-Jerusalem and anti-Bible.

Soros funding prosecutors

Breitbart News published an article on Thursday documenting the effects of funding by multi-billionaire George Soros on the rise in crime, most notably violent crime, in the US. The article listed nine prosecutors who received direct support from Soros-funded political action committees (PACs) and super PACs. It also listed three who had received indirect support from Soros. A further list of Soros-backed prosecutors, current through 2019, is available through Influence Watch. The article also noted that San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin was not backed by Soros — but he received $100,000 from a PAC controlled by Soros-backed George Gascón to fight a recall election effort.

In 2018, the Los Angeles Times reported that Soros had funded at least 21 local prosecutorial campaigns while adding that the full extent of his influence on such races was unknown because some of his contributions flowed to non-profit organizations and “dark money” groups rather than directly to campaigns.

In addition to the prosecutors listed by Breitbart, in January 2020, Soros spent more than $2 million supporting the campaigns of  Fairfax County’s Steve Descano, Loudoun County’s Buta Biberaj, and Arlington County’s Parisa Dehghani-Tafti when they ran for the office of the prosecutor. All three have since implemented lenient law enforcement policies, decisions that have coincided with a rise in crime.

Biberaj, who received nearly $850,000 from the Justice and Public Safety PAC, a D.C.-based committee financed by Soros, has come under the most intense fire for a recent controversy surrounding the Loudon County school board.

Chicago prosecutor Kim Foxx received $300,000 from Soros for her first campaign in 2016, and a further $2 million for her successful re-election run last year. Foxx is credited with leading the nation in a program that places violent criminals on electronic tracking systems, allowing them to roam free. Not surprisingly, the tracking has not prevented the criminals from perpetrating more violent crimes.

The article went on to cite a marked rise in crime in many of the cities benefitting from Soros-aided prosecutors. One example given was Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón who has implemented drastic reforms.

“The city last year experienced 397 murders, up 11.8 percent from the 355 the previous year, and a 53.9 percent increase from the 258 in the pre-pandemic year of 2019,” Los Angeles magazine noted.

After the murder of Jacqueline Avant, a black philanthropist and the wife of legendary music producer Clarence Avant, during a robbery in her home, Gascón blamed the “system” for her death, implying that stricter gun control was needed.

Rise in crime

Another Breitbart article documented attempts by the mainstream media to obfuscate the direct correlation between the rise in crime and Democrat-run cities.

Overall, the FBI’s annual Uniform Crime Report released in September showed a 30 percent increase in homicides in 2020 nationwide, the largest single-year spike since they began recording crime statistics 60 years ago. Despite the rise in crime, the report also saw a 24 percent decrease in arrests across the country.

This Soros-backed wave of “progressive” prosecutors and the corresponding rise in crime has been noticed by many others. The New York Post covered the subject last month, blaming the correlation on an agenda aimed at abolishing bail and defunding the police. The Post reported that between 2015 and 2019, Soros and his affiliated political action committees spent more than $17 million on local DA races in support of left-wing candidates, according to the Capital Research Center, a non-profit that tracks lobbying and charitable giving. That number is expected to top $20 million in the last two years, according to estimates from the NLPC.

An article by the Capital Research Center in February analyzed the outcome of dropping conviction rates under six different progressive district attorneys with reputations as “criminal justice reform” prosecutors who seek to use their elected positions to unilaterally end mass incarceration and racial disparities in convictions and reduce recidivism rates. The report found that in each of the six prosecutors’ jurisdictions, felony crime rates have increased while their prosecutors’ policies are reducing conviction rates. The net results are a lack of justice for victims and rising crime rates. Another trait the six prosecutors had in common was significant backing from Soros.

The article noted that this support of progressive prosecutors is consistent with Soros’s explicit commitment to justice reforms to promote “racial equality.”

“If the experiences of these counties reveal anything, it is that Soros’s influence over racial justice groups is harming the very people he is claiming to help,” the research center wrote. “Many of these counties experiencing spikes in crime under Soros-backed prosecutors have large black and minority populations, and increasing violent crime would seem to be the opposite of achieving racial justice.”

“The LELDF report indicates that the Soros-funded prosecutors are instead creating major disasters, not advancing racial justice.”

Justice from Jerusalem

Rabbi Hillel Weiss, the spokesman for the Sanhedrin, explained that attacking the justice system was an “anti-Jerusalem” strategy.

“Justice, one of the laws incumbent upon all of mankind as a Noahide law, must begin in Jerusalem,” Rabbi Wess explained. “The basis of justice must be belief in God. We see this in the Ten Commandment which begin with ‘I am God’ and includes ‘Do not kill’ and ‘Do not steal’. The UN attemted to establish an international court of law but it was doomed from the outset because they established it in the Netherlands and not Jerusalem. This is why Jerusalem was established by Malkitsedek, literally ‘the king of justice’.”

“The Sanhedrin sat in a hall that was half inside the Temple and half outside. This was because law is supposed to be the connection between the holy and the secular. Anti-justice movements are anti-Bible, which teaches and requires a system of justice, and are an attempt to prevent a return to a Jerusalem-based international system of justice.”
