Israel will take action if Iran attains nuclear breakout status, IDF Major General Eyal Zamir said.
Speaking at the Israeli American Council National Summit in Hollywood, Florida, the ex IDF deputy chief of staff explained that world leaders could not trust Iran. The Islamic Republic will only stem its campaign to obtain a nuclear bomb if Tehran was deterred with a clear threat, he said. Washington has both the will and the capability to take action, he added, saying that Israeli officials would rather the United States take charge of the matter. However, if the US fails to act, “We have the ability to do it,” he said, revealing that he has “seen the plans.”
Preparing for a military strike on Iran to protect the Jewish state is one of the main focuses occupying the IDF today.
The stress involved in planning such an apocalyptic war can take a real toll on the brave soldiers that are involved in the process.
Many of their daily needs simply aren’t met by the IDF’s internal budget.
Luckily for them, there is one organization that is assisting them with all of their welfare needs. LIBI USA strives to support Israeli soldiers by providing for their welfare through funding educational, religious, social, and recreational activities not covered in the IDF’s defense budget.
But they rely on private donations to operate.
So if helping the IDF protect the Land of Israel is important to you, you may want to consider giving to the LIBI Fund.
Can you support an IDF soldier?
If you can, feel free to donate to the LIBI Fund today.
